By texting your valet ticket number to a Royalty Valet location number, you agree to receive automated SMS messages related to your vehicle retrieval, including confirmation messages and vehicle-ready notifications. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, text START to the same number.
Optional add-on services (interior detail, gas fill-up, tire air fill-up) are offered via SMS during your valet session. Charges for add-on services are separate from valet fees and will be settled at the time of vehicle delivery. All charges are final.
Royalty Valet SMS services are available at participating locations only. Service availability and add-on offerings may vary by location.
Royalty Valet is not responsible for delays in SMS delivery due to carrier issues or network outages. In the event of a service disruption, please speak directly with a valet attendant at your location.
